Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO. We do not ship internationally at this time.
How much is shipping?
U.S. orders of $99 or more ship free; orders under $99 ship for a flat $6.95.
When will my order arrive?
Vintage clothing ships in 1–3 business days and arrives in 3–6 business days after shipping, with tracking.
Returns
What is your return policy?
Clothing returned in the condition you received it within 30 days of delivery is refunded. There is no restocking fee.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage. If an item arrives damaged or not as described, we cover everything.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.
Vintage
Is the clothing new or used?
All clothing is genuine pre-owned vintage, cleaned and checked before it ships. Notable wear is listed on each product page.
How do vintage sizes fit?
Older sizes often run smaller than today's. Compare with a garment you own; we're happy to send measurements.
Can I order more than one of the same item?
Yes — most styles are stocked in sizes S to XL. If a size sells out, it shows as sold out on the product page.
Care
How should I wash vintage?
Wash cold, inside out, and line dry denim and flannel; hand wash or dry clean wool knits.
Wood furniture
Is the furniture made to order?
Yes. Our solid wood furniture is made to order, so please allow about 2–4 weeks for crafting before it ships.
How is furniture delivered?
Smaller pieces ship by parcel carrier; large pieces may ship by freight. Delivery takes 5–10 business days after shipping, with tracking.
