Refund policy
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After that window, we're unable to accept returns.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to start a return
Email us at support@monkiesvintagethrift.com before sending anything back. We'll confirm eligibility and send you a return shipping label with instructions.
Do not send items back without contacting us first — unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately. We'll sort it out.
What can't be returned
We do not accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalised orders
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Questions about a specific item? Ask us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for what you want. It's faster and cleaner for everyone.
EU customers
If your order is shipping to the European Union, you have 14 days to cancel or return it for any reason — no justification required. The same condition requirements apply: unworn, unused, tags on, original packaging, proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it on their end.
If 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't seen the refund, contact us at support@monkiesvintagethrift.com.
